KONCPT started in 2022 when our founder — after a decade at Google Brain and two AI startups — kept seeing the same gap: brilliant engineers who could pass any exam, but had never shipped an AI system in the real world.
The first cohort was a WhatsApp group of 24 learners, one mentor, and a rented GPU. Ten weeks later, every single one of them had shipped a working project — and 19 had job offers.
