Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
No scraping, reselling course content, sharing accounts, or using the platform to build competing training products.
Payments and refunds
Cohort fees are billed upfront. Refunds follow the policy stated at checkout for the program you enroll in.
Content and IP
Course materials, code, and assets are owned by KONCPT AI Academy or its instructors and licensed to you for personal learning.
Certificates
Certificates are issued upon meeting the completion criteria of a program and can be independently verified.
Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account at any time from account settings.

The platform is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee specific career or hiring outcomes.
